JobFitter is owned and operated by 160Bits LLC ("JobFitter," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using JobFitter, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
  • If you represent an employer or organization, you are authorized to act on its behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

You must promptly notify JobFitter of suspected unauthorized access or security breaches.

JobFitter may require account verification and may restrict accounts containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

2. Description of Services

Our Services may include:

  • Candidate profiles, resumes, skills, and professional qualifications.
  • Employer and organizational accounts.
  • Job listings and employment opportunity management.
  • AI-powered candidate-to-job matching and recommendations.
  • Candidate expressions of interest in employment opportunities.
  • Employer invitations, recruitment pipelines, and candidate management.
  • Direct messaging between eligible candidates and employers.
  • Analytics, insights, and other recruitment-related tools.
  • Credits, subscriptions, and paid platform features.

Features may be added, modified, restricted, or discontinued as the platform evolves.

JobFitter is a technology platform facilitating connections between candidates and employers. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, JobFitter does not act as an employer, staffing agency, recruitment agency, or representative of either party.

3. AI-Powered Matching and Recommendations

JobFitter uses artificial intelligence, algorithms, and automated technologies to evaluate professional qualifications, skills, experience, job requirements, and other relevant information.

These technologies may generate match scores, rankings, recommendations, qualification assessments, or other insights.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. AI-generated assessments are informational recommendations, not guarantees of suitability, qualification, or employment success.
  2. Matching results may contain inaccuracies, omissions, biases, or incomplete interpretations.
  3. A high match score does not guarantee an interview, invitation, job offer, or employment.
  4. A low match score does not necessarily mean a candidate is unqualified.
  5. Employers are responsible for independently evaluating candidates and making lawful hiring decisions.
  6. Candidates are responsible for independently evaluating employment opportunities.

Employers must not rely exclusively on JobFitter's automated recommendations when making employment decisions where doing so would violate applicable law.

JobFitter may update its algorithms, scoring methodologies, and matching criteria without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate professional information.
  • Maintain reasonably current profiles, qualifications, and employment preferences.
  • Upload only resumes, documents, and materials they are authorized to use.
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with employers.
  • Avoid misrepresenting employment history, education, certifications, skills, or professional credentials.
  • Use the platform for legitimate employment-related purposes.

Candidates may express interest in matching opportunities, respond to employer invitations, participate in recruitment processes, and withdraw from consideration where supported.

Expressing interest does not constitute a formal employment application unless an employer's separate process expressly provides otherwise.

JobFitter does not guarantee that employers will view candidate profiles, issue invitations, respond to messages, or extend employment offers.

5. Employer and Organization Responsibilities

Employers and organizations agree to:

  • Publish accurate, legitimate, and authorized employment opportunities.
  • Provide truthful information about their organization, positions, compensation, and hiring requirements.
  • Use candidate information only for legitimate, authorized recruitment and employment-related purposes.
  • Comply with applicable employment, labor, privacy, anti-discrimination, and equal opportunity laws.
  • Obtain any legally required notices, consents, or authorizations for their recruitment activities.
  • Independently verify qualifications and determine candidate suitability.
  • Protect candidate information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
  • Avoid discriminatory, deceptive, fraudulent, or exploitative recruitment practices.

Employers are solely responsible for their job postings, recruitment procedures, interviews, employment decisions, offers, and employment relationships.

JobFitter does not independently guarantee the accuracy, legality, legitimacy, or availability of every employment opportunity.

6. Invitations, Recruitment Pipelines, and Messaging

JobFitter may enable employers to invite candidates into recruitment processes and manage their progress through various hiring stages.

Candidates may accept, decline, or otherwise respond to invitations in accordance with available platform functionality.

Invitations may have expiration deadlines. Expired invitations may become inactive automatically.

JobFitter may also provide messaging functionality subject to eligibility rules, account permissions, and applicable credit requirements.

Users agree not to:

  • Send spam, harassment, threats, or abusive communications.
  • Use messaging for unrelated commercial solicitation.
  • Request sensitive personal or financial information without a legitimate and lawful recruitment purpose.
  • Impersonate another individual or organization.
  • Circumvent messaging restrictions, privacy settings, or platform access controls.

JobFitter may restrict messaging privileges or access to recruitment features to prevent abuse, protect users, or enforce these Terms.

Messages, invitations, and recruitment statuses do not create any employment contract or obligation between candidates and employers.

7. Credits and Paid Features

JobFitter may use a credit-based system to provide access to certain features, including AI-powered services, recruitment actions, messaging, and other premium functionality.

Credit costs are determined by JobFitter and displayed through the platform or applicable pricing information.

7.1 Purchased Credits

Credits purchased directly by users do not expire solely because of the passage of time.

Purchased credits:

  • Are intended for use within JobFitter.
  • Have no cash value outside the platform.
  • Are not redeemable for cash.
  • Are not transferable between accounts unless expressly permitted.
  • May be subject to reasonable restrictions designed to prevent fraud or misuse.

7.2 Promotional Credits

JobFitter may award free or promotional credits for registration, onboarding, referrals, special offers, or other activities.

Promotional credits may:

  • Have expiration dates.
  • Be limited to specific features or activities.
  • Be restricted to eligible accounts.
  • Be revoked when obtained through fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

JobFitter may limit promotional credit eligibility to prevent repeated signups, duplicate accounts, or other attempts to exploit promotional offers.

Applicable expiration dates and material restrictions will be disclosed when promotional credits are awarded.

7.3 Credit Pricing Changes

JobFitter may modify credit requirements for future transactions or activities.

Changes will not retroactively increase the credits charged for completed transactions.

Applicable credit costs will be disclosed before users authorize a chargeable action.

8. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

JobFitter may offer subscription plans providing recurring access to credits, features, or additional platform capabilities.

8.1 Subscription Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize JobFitter and its payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fees at the disclosed billing intervals until cancellation.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, included credits, and other material plan conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

8.2 Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

Users may cancel subscriptions through available account billing settings or by contacting JobFitter support.

Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, unless applicable law or the relevant plan terms require otherwise.

Users will not be charged for subsequent renewal periods after cancellation becomes effective.

8.3 Subscription Credit Rollover

Unused subscription credits may roll over according to the rules of the applicable subscription plan.

Rollover eligibility, limits, and treatment of unused credits following cancellation or plan changes will be disclosed in the applicable plan terms.

Subscription credits are distinct from separately purchased credits and may be subject to different usage and retention rules.

8.4 Refund Policy

All purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

This includes purchases of credits, subscriptions, and other paid services.

JobFitter may issue discretionary refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances but is not obligated to do so unless required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory refund, cancellation, or consumer protection rights.

8.5 Taxes and Payment Processing

Users are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with their purchases, except taxes imposed on JobFitter's income.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect user information without authorization.
  • Sell, disclose, or commercially exploit candidate information outside authorized recruitment purposes.
  • Circumvent credits, subscriptions, payment systems, security controls, or access restrictions.
  • Create multiple accounts to obtain unauthorized promotional benefits.
  • Upload malicious software or interfere with platform operations.
  • Reverse engineer protected software or attempt unauthorized access to JobFitter systems, except where legally permitted.
  • Use automated tools or bots in ways that violate platform restrictions or compromise service integrity.
  • Use JobFitter data to develop competing databases, services, or AI systems without authorization.

JobFitter may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including restricting features, suspending accounts, or terminating access.

10. User Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of resumes, profiles, job descriptions, messages, documents, and other materials they submit to JobFitter ("User Content").

JobFitter may use third-party service providers for hosting, AI processing, payment processing, analytics, communications, and other operational functions.

Users must respect the privacy and confidentiality of information accessed through the platform.

Employers and other authorized users are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws when accessing, processing, storing, or using candidate information.

Promotional credits obtained or used in violation of these Terms may be revoked.

Purchased credits and prepaid subscription benefits will be handled according to applicable purchase terms, the circumstances of termination, and applicable law.

Account deletion may result in loss of access to profiles, job listings, messages, recruitment records, and other account-related information.

Certain records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
